Cole
is a truly a non-fading black stallion. He is the only horse to
win the Iowa State Breeders Futurity (halter) two years running - as a
weanling & yearling.
He has excellent conformation and a wonderful disposition that he
passes on through his foals. His bloodlines show that he is bred
for speed and to look pretty. He accomplishes both of these and
then some. Cole is the total package and throws the same in his
babies.
Maxies Cole Dust is so black that he is
difficult to photo. The majority of the time he prefers to stay
out in the pasture in the sun, yet never fades. When
photographed, he often tends to look almost blue in some places or part
roan with the shimmer of the sun hitting his coat. Rest
assured though that this is just a trick of the lighting. Due to
his color on photos, pictures never really do him justice....but it's a
start. We encourage breeders to set up an appointment to come see
him in person.
